Recently there has been an internet flood of information regarding "The Colorado Tests" of various brands of ballistic vests. "Second Chance" Company was apparently the target of these attacks on vest effectiveness, so our Guru of Rumor Control wrote directly to Second Chance for their explanation of these failure reports.
